1. Added money $20,000 prorated between Open--- Futurity, Maturity, and Classic divisions of aged event.

Classic------foals of 2001 and 2002 OPEN/NON-PRO
6. Copy of registration papers due with first payment.
7. Vet certificate due with unregistered colts.
8. Three year olds may have been shown before.
9. Unlimited number of horses per rider.
10. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 3 year old futurity---$5000.00
11. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 4 year old maturity---$5000.00
12. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 5/6 year old classic---$5000.00
13. Entries close without penalties October 29, 2007.
14. 600 stalls available, 100 dollars each, prebedded for event. Also practice arena, plenty of loping space.
Arena is heated and air-conditioned. Saturday night stall charge is $20.00
15. No refunds for any reasons.
16. All riders and owners must be in good standing with the NCHA.
17. There will be 3 NCHA judges and the SAMS system will be used.
18. All NCHA rules will be enforced.
19. $20,000 Amateur, and $2000 Limit Rider, and Youth Class will have one go-round and finals. In the event
there is less than 20 entries-only one go-round.
These classes are unapproved. There will be $1000 added to the $50,000 NON/PRO and $20,000 AMATEUR, $500 added to the $2000 LIMIT Rider class. $250 added to YOUTH Class- all ages. Unlimited amount of horses per rider. NCHA rules apply regarding eligibility. These entries are due by Saturday, November 3, at 12noon starting at 2pm.
20. Three cows per cutter will be used throughout the aged event.
21. Horses may be substituted within the event prior to draw no penalty.
22. Transferring an entry within the event prior to draw no penalty.
23. Declining entries-THE TEXAS FUTURITY, INC, the producer of the event, reserves the right to accept or reject any entry for substitution or any reason. The TFI reserves the right to cancel, transfer or reschedule deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, entry fees paid will be refunded. It is hereby understood by all participates that all liability that may arise to the TEXAS FUTURITY, INC management is hereby waived.
24. $100 advancement fee to finals.
25. Practice pen available $30.00 4 minutes
26. Futurity works-October 29, 2007 all day, and everyday of the futurity immediately following the aged events classes in the main arena- $120.00 ---3 head of cattle. This increase in practice works is due to the rising price of cattle and fuel. Bring your Ft.Worth futurity horses.
27. Sixty (60%) percent of entries in a class will go to Second Go, twenty-five percent(25%) to Finals.
