6. Copy of registration papers due with first payment.
7. Vet certificate due with unregistered colts.
8. Three year olds may have been shown before.
9. Unlimited number of horses  per rider.
10. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 3 year old futurity----$5000
11. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 4 year old derby-------$5000
12. Guaranteed to winner of the OPEN class in the 5/6 year old classic----$5000
13  Entries close without penalties October 24, 2008
14. 600 stalls available , $100 dollars each, preceded for event.  Sunday night stall charge is $20, Also practice arena, plenty of loping space.  
     ARENA is heated and air/conditioned.
15.  No refunds for any reason.
16.  All riders and owners must be in good standing with the NCHA.
17.  There will be 3 NCHA judges and the SAMS system will be used.
18.  All NCHA rules will be enforced.
19. $20,000 Amateur, and $2000 LIMIT Rider, and Youth Class all ages. Will have one
     go-round and finals. In the event there is less than 20 entries-only one go-round. 
     These classes are unapproved. Unlimited amount of horses per rider.  NCHA rules
     apply regarding eligibility.  These entries are due by Saturday, November 1st at
     12 noon.  Drawing at 2 pm.
20. Three cows per cutter will be used throughout the aged event.
21.  Horses may be substituted within the event prior to draw no penalty.
22.  Transferring an entry within the event prior to draw no penalty.
23.  Declining entries-THE TEXAS FUTURITY, INC the producer of the event,
       Reserves the right to accept or reject any entry or substitution for any reason.
       The TFI reserves the right to cancel, transfer or reschedule deemed necessary.
       In the event of cancellation, entry fees paid will be refunded.  It is hereby
       understood by all participates that all liability that may arise to the TEXAS FUTURITY, INC
      management is hereby waived.
24.  $100 advancement fee to finals unless stated otherwise.
25.  Practice Pen available $30.00   4 minutes.
26.  Futurity works--October 27, 2008(MONDAY) all day, and everyday of the futurity
       Immediately following the aged events classed in the main arena $120.00 --3 head .
       Bring you Ft.Worth futurity horses.

NOTE:   All unapproved classes 20 or more entries 1-go and finals/ under
               20-1go.

              Sixty percent (60%) of entries go to second go 25% go to finals/
              OPEN checks to be left at the fresh cattle practice pen and
              Rerun pen. 
When you check in for a stall be sure you write the name of the person to be charged for this and if you need to make more than one ticket for different stalls please do so.  This is where we have
Misunderstandings about who pays. Bring your stall ticket with you to check out.  The  checking out will be much quicker. Also bring with you the
Practice pens receipts .
